I was sleeved on the 19th recovery is going smoothly.

I dont know what happened but I've started to gain again. So before surgery I have a 2 week partial liquid diet and and then an additional 4 week liquid diet. Its going to be a long struggle but I can do it.

I feel kind of keft out im not going to TJ.

I gave all ofy documentation also they hade see a nutritionist for six months. It wasn't terrible, I was just so anxious to be done.

Yes I did a six month program and 3 month food specialist. It was long long long. Now I am ready for surgery.

Thank you. Yeah it was a let down that I was doing so well an still didnt get to set my date. I just have to get my head back into it an stay motivated.

So I have been finding that throughout this whole pre. Operational phase I have been doing exceptional. Until this month. I had my normal nutritional visit but then found out I didn't get to set my date. but now all month ive been cheating my ass off no matter how much I tell myself not to eat the bad things, I do.. like a zombie at night I just eat. Idky im telling this but just needed to get it off my chest.

I just cant see my stomach being healed enough or being able to tolerate eggs in the 1st week I just need guidelines to what I have to an need to do, but she is confusing me.

So do you think it'd be wrong to go against what she says and have some of the shakes.< /p>
