Thanks for responding!! I'm so excited I know I've made a great choice. Like you can just tell they've got it together, you know? Do you recall what his surgeon's fee was? Rebecca was supposed to email it to me today and didn't. My insurance is 80/20, and I have to pay my part of the fee up front. I really appreciate it!

March is a BIG month for brave people that are taking a step closer to a better life and a healthier person.

I got my official surgery date today!! It's sooner than we had "penciled in"... March 18th!! Two weeks from Monday! I'm so excited! We submitted to insurance today as well! My pre op appointment is 3/8, and my EGD is 3/14! It's all hitting home now.... praying for smooth approval and no complications between now and then!

I'm getting banded in late March or April. I'm almost ready, I have to cross a couple more things off my list. I'm new to this site, and I love it! I just don't have any friends! Will you be my friend, lol!! Add me!! Thanks!

So far March 4th seems to be the first date of surgeries in our group! I just want you all to know I'll be praying for you, and my thoughts will be with you as well!! How are you guys doing with your pre op diets (if you have one) and what preparations are you working on? I'm all giddy with excitement, lol!!

Thanks, Janel I hope everyone agrees with me when I say the last thing we need in our group is a judgmental attitude, encouragement and positive reinforcement are welcome. That being said, I thought you may have been referring to the actual doctors' visits. I had a sheet I had to take every month to get signed and it was soooooo tempting to forge a few, but I resisted, that wasn't very positive thinking, and I needed the time to prepare anyway. Your posts are so encouraging! Please accept my apology if I offended! Best of luck!

I've been so calm cool and collected. Now I am FIVE days away from submitting to insurance, and I think I'm gonna die if time goes any SLOWER!! I just want to get the approval over with. I'm so afraid something is going to happen, and I won't get approved. I've followed all instructions to a T. I'm so anxious! What are ya'll doing to deal with the anxiety, or what did you do, while waiting for approval.

I didn't fib, I was just asking how she'd done it. The "so exciting" was just out there a a general term for the way I'm feeling. So I don't know how the "whole fib thing" would help as I haven't tried it.

That's wonderful!! I can't wait to get that call when I'll know for sure... ahhhh this is definitely a nerve wracking experience.

I had to do this six months thing... but how did you "fib" if you don't mind my asking. Lol... I have one more visit on the 28th, and I'm done!!
