Here is princess_n_thep "Here is Princess_n_Thep remarks on this picture" princess_n_thep: THESE PICTURES ARE 12 DAYS POST OP! Both pictures show the very minmal scars/incisions. The bruising I had was very minimal. The brown/yellow rings you see around the actual incisions is NOT bruising but is the leftover "superglue" still. I take a shower EVERY day and wash them but they are slow to come off. From what I gather, they "glue" the incisions, let that dry, then put a "coating of glue" over and around the incisions again. The scab had just fallen off on the top incision so it is a little pink, my bra had scuffed it off. The only real bruising i got was the one top of the belly button. The one that was the most sore was the longer port incision. I am VERY happy with the size of them and the expertise in the cut! I know that I am a fast healer but I expect that I would be hard pressed to find the smaller ones in 6 months. I will just keep posting updates on this thread as I go along. I plan to take another picture at 6-8 weeks post op, another at 6 mo, then another at a year. ENJOY MY BELLY!!!!!!!! princess_n_thep

I'm a stress eater and a stress/ social smoker. I feel really terrible today I keep grabbing things to put in my mouth! Thankfully we have no junk so I'm eating apples and squash but I just know a tub of ice cream would have been history today! Anyone else wanna share their stress habits? I know I'm not alone! We should have a stress eaters AA thread or something that way we can beat the keyboard and not our cupboards~

Please send good thoughts to my baby (18 yr old ) brother Playing around with his friends and fireworks got himself hurt pretty bad. I do not know the exact detail of what happened yet but I know a BIG firework went off in his face This IS my brother the photo was taken in the ER with a cell phone cam. I'm so upset right now- He looks almost EXACTLY like me he has no eyelashes or eyebrows and Dr said they may not grow back. I'm scared to think of what he looks like under those bandages Cry Nana~

Mom was told she could take the bandages off today! She said she will send pics (she is slow getting them out!) But that it looks really good compared to the other photos.. Like a really BAD sunburn she says other than he has no hair and decided to shave his head because it was all singed (sp?) I thank you so much for your healing thoughts! He is talking about coming to visit before his school starts in Aug~ I sure hope so! Nana~

1. Would you go out on a date with someone who wasn't interested in you before you lost weight? Yes, because we are human and we do judge no matter how terrible that is to say we do it. Give the person a chance to know you the real you the you inside~ 2. What do you think it says about a person if he/she didn't ask you out when you were heavy but does ask you out when you are thin? Maybe that person IS Shallow- OR maybe you show more confidence now than before and they like that OR maybe you just look HOT as HECK! 3. If you are dating someone who never knew you when you were heavier, and you gained weight and they dumped you, do you think they are of poor character? I think if you are dating someone you will see traits that they are that kind of shallow person, and if they dump you for that screw them you can do better! Nana~

Hello y’all! I’m on my second semester of college now! This semester I’m taking Weight training and Bellydancing along with two other real classes that have homework YUCK! I started a “Gamerparents” blog (see my sig for link) basically just use and video game things. The idea is to get my kids to do reviews on the games they are playing and while 1. It’s fun research 2. They get some typing and writing skills 3. I think it will help them, even if it just knowing more about the game they are playing. 4. It’s fun watching them DO their research! hmmm, since surgery not cooking but gross smells bother me- Bathrooms public- kids getting sick- Yes RAW meats- I have posted on here about the band and your nose but not many people noticed a big change but I CAN! I smell things ALOT stronger than I use to- Perfumes as well as the above mentioned~ My theory anyhow is that now that I cant rush things down my throat and I actually TASTE things my smell is better? LOL Sometimes like the bathroom thing...its not good cause I can be fine and just have to tinkle but if I go into a stinky bathroom the smell makes me gag and everything comes up :eek: Nana~

Okies I have need party ideas for my daughters up coming B~Day party! She is turning 12 and I have been so busy now I'm in a rush to put out invites.. Any ideas? Her Birthday is on a Friday- Dad works Sat, Sun and Mondays..Mom has School on Sunday... So Fri. or Sat is my days to plan. I'm thinking just a sleep over like 3 girls and her? Or if she wants a boy to come then a sleep over for the girls and have dinner @ a local place for those not spending the night? Cake she told me she wants cup cakes and them to decorate them- So that super easy lol Last year I felt so bad because her party was the same time Houston was being evacuated- we couldn't even get out of the neighborhood for all the traffic...So I'm trying to make it up I guess. She wants a sewing machine, a laptop or PC, a phone in her room, a electric shaver (to start shaving), oooo my baby is getting too big! Nana~

Thanks ya'll We have two Dobermans coming to our home on FRIDAY for a home visit with our Family! One in between8 and 9 Years and the other is est 2 years old~ I'm excited! We (Hubby and I) sorta are leaning towards the senior dog because most people want puppies and the older dogs get pined up just cause their older :welldoneclap: But we shall see, theese dogs are in fosrter homes so no risk of them getting killed.. I hate places that kill every two weeks! Nana~

I have found that my band gets loose the more weight I lose but it take less of a fill to shut me off completely. I have to get fill at .1 and .2 cc's at a time where I use to could get .4 or .5 Nana~
