Heya, We just got cable a few months ago and we have discovered the fitness on demand channel. If you have it, what workouts do you reccomend? etc I really like the bellydance on demand (its under dance) and My hubby and I both like the walking a mile in 17 min. Its nice on really hot or rainy days.

I drink coffee frozen more often than hot. Have had no issues w/ it but I don't drink it every day either so dunno. My Dr. never said I could not have coffee He has said something about the CALORIES in the starbucks I drink though.

I forget all the time. I remember really fast if I take too big of a bite though!

I am home early from work today because I didn't feel well. Yesterday I ate 1 sausage patty and got Ill, at lunch I ate some cheese off the chicken breast meal and got sick. I wen't home took a shower and passed out, I woke up for work this AM and at 8am had 1st break I ate 2 piece of bacon and felt ill but did not get sick. at lunch I got so sick on 1 bite of ham and chicken (no bread) and I had ordered a milkshake but had to throw it away because it made me Ill too. Today was bad so bad I came home. I took a nap, felt better tried a glass of tea before going to pick up hubby and got sick but not just sick but sick feeling I even dry heaved :confused: I think I've got my first virus in 2 years Any advise I apparently can't eat so Ill do liquids.

Just an Idea but what if we planed a get together to go do something fun like Dallas 6 flags or San A fiesta Texas etc. Anyone wanna meet up to have some fun? I work Sat, Sun and Monday~ Off Tues-Fri I know that the Parks are open during the week right now might be less packed too.

Once I hit my goal, I hope to have my plastic surgery money some what saved up lol. Other than that My hubby and I will be married 13 years next march and have never had a real wedding So I hope to do that... We got married so young we could not afford it still cant but I hope to LOL Nana~

I will lose a few pounds as my period is ending, then nothing until my next period. Its like my body is compacting during that time then I lose some weight as my period ends. Dunno weird. However Im on my last 45 pounds and Ive been on a platue for a while now. As long as Im not gaining Im okay with it. Nana~

I had a knot in my wrist where the IV was out in for 2 months after surgery. It felt like a hard ball, I showed it to my DR at every apt. It finally went away but we all kept an eye on it.
