I'm having a hard time with my band, after I finish with my liquid meals it hurts for a while like I swallowed a baseball and its going to bust...then I get sharp pains like I need to burp or hiccup. Am I doing something wrong? I also realized I have been forgetting to keep up with my protein ...I have sadly only lost 15 pounds at most. I started at 260 pre band and I'm feeling discouraged and like I made a huge mistake . Help I need advice or encouragement please
