Banded yesterday, I'm so not hungry, more thursty, It seems like work to get the protein down. I did have some yogurt but have to remind my self to drink . I get a headach and remember I haven't had any calories for a while. The surgery went well and was home by 11am. The Dr. had to repair a tair in my diaphram . Had a good night sleep. I slept in the recliner with the viborator and it seemed to help with the gad in my chest.
