I have reached 60 pounds and I must say I do not feel different. I still look in the mirror and see the fat rolls on my stomach that are not budging and that depresses me. I have stalled right around 60 pounds...fluctuating up and down a couple pounds and I am getting discouraged!!!! I think the biggest thing that bugs me is - I thought by the time I reached 50-60 pounds, you'd really be able to tell and people would be like wow- are you losing weight? And I have had that occasionally but not what I thought at all and I guess I am just feeling down about everything. Anyone else feel like this? Oh and I am 7 months post op...

I was banded on December 28, 2012 and am down 45 pounds. It has been a SLOW process! I just had my 4th fill. I could not keep anything down the first 2 days and now I can take only tiny bites of soft foods. Tonight I tried tiny bites of chicken, chewed very thoroughly but it came up. I am not really hungry but I am getting no nutrition in at all. SO my question is do I need an unfill or will it stretch a little? My first three fills I didn't have really any restriction at all. I am afraid to get an unfill because the weight loss has been so slow but I am not getting much in at all, which I know can't be good.

Just an update...I did go get a slight unfill today and I had lost 10 pounds in 5 days!!! Crazy! Glad for the weight loss but that was ALOT!!

Thank you everyone. I will call Monday for a little "unfill".

Is the pain in my back a sign?
All Emotions posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I do not feel restriction (that I know of) but the last couple nights while eating, I have had a sharp pain in my back - like I need to burp really bad but can't...is this a sign of restriction? I feel so stupid! -
Is the pain in my back a sign?

I only get it while eating, like there's an air bubble and after about 5 minutes, it's gone.
