Hey to everyone! I was banded on 12/18 and I am already at a stand still for about a week on weight loss! Geez! I exercise two times a day making in about 2 miles and I am just really struggling! Any advice?

I am making sure I get most of my protein in (doesn't happen everyday). Then you can take a Biotin pill which helps skin, nails and hair and I am using the shampoo WEN! You have to order it online but it is so worth it! I will do anything to not lose my hair! Hope this helps!

Had my first fill today! Down 19 lbs since surgery! The full wasn't bad at all the worst part was him poking around trying to find my port, that hurt !! But all in all it wasn't to bad!! Yay, next appointment is 2 months out!

Hey everyone! I am so excited to read all the stories on here everyday! It is so nice seeing people go through what your going though so you do feel crazy about things!! Lol I was banded on 12/18 and I have lost 17 lbs. I also had a major hernia repair so I am just now starting to feel somewhat human again! My first post-op and adjustment is tomorrow! I am very excited for that to be over!! Ha ha.. Keeping you all in my prayers and hoping we all just rock this out and do awesome! U just want to feel good again, you know? I watched the skins and cowgirls game!! Lol so glad the skins are coming back! I am a die hard fan And will never give up on them!!! Had surgery on the 18th and had hernia repair! Feeling lots better today!

Hey all! I just had lap band on dec 18th! I seem to be doing pretty good! I had to have a major hiatel hernia repaired as well but all in all doing well! Can't wait to hear all the stories! I am new to this website but I am so excited to get to share and learn from everyone! Can't wait!
