my son has scleroderma which is also an autoimmune disease. but you would probably have a skin rash of some sort and thickening skin in that area. my sons is on his left leg from foot to hip. anyway, he has alot if dizziness, lightheaded feelings also, they have not been able to determine cause yet.
but I did read that some rheumatoid and auto immune diseases have some ear involvement also. so for now they are just telling us his is either from his disease or stress..

and... alot of us have researched it.. including myself and Missy said she read it. we are all not babbling out BS.. we have done the research. my premiums have not gone up each year.. this us the first time in 3 years, but the Co pays and deductibles are now sky high...

everyone can buy their insurance now.. before Obama care... my insurance premium through my work is going up alot next year and so are my deductibles and Co pays.. basically we are all now going to pay for everyones insurance who can't afford it. they will get breaks on their premiums. maybe all of the people who think this is so great should actually sit down and figure out how much their rates and Co pays will go up. I figured my sons for 5 months.. and I will pay about 2000 more next year.

every one is going to be paying more for insurance premiums, prescriptions and dr visits with the new Obama care. I figured out for my son this year we paid $900 since May for his dr visits and treatments for scleroderma. I used the chart for my insurance next year and the same visits would have cost 2700... I am really worried. I will never be able to afford his healthcare next year.

sometimes I wonder if some of those people are making up all the stuff they can eat just to agitate everyone.. its amazing to me some of the amounts people eat.
I couldn't have possibly dreamt of eating a large pizza or even a piece of pizza or whatever a day or two post op.
FOLLOW THE RULES!!

I just started effexor last week and noticed that it seems to suppress my appetite. maybe its because I'm calmer and not wanting to stress eat.. I don't know. the pill is very small and I have no trouble with it.

I lost 9 on my first visit. my Dr thought that was great! I was a little discouraged, but felt better after talking to him and getting a fill.

my 15 year old went through the dizziness thing too. he was put on the meclizine and valium as well. he had to miss the last month of school last year. but after about 6 weeks and lots of tests, the dizziness went away and he no longer has to take the meds. all of his tests were negative too. he was so sleepy all of the time also. I tell you this to let you know that it will go away, but it takes some time. it was a very strange episode. praying for you!

I have it too, I have had headaches for years and finally last year my dentist asked me about biting down to hard and clenching my teeth at night. I try not to, but its very difficult. I have pretty bad jaw pain and headaches often. I think its like Guy said.. I'm not coping with stress with food like I used to. and I tend to stress about everything.. :-)

at least I have my lap band already so I can't eat like I would have before when I was stressed!!!!

why start this post asking people this question and then bash all of the answers ? you are criticizing people no matter what they answer..
