all done!! went well, no problems at all ! also had my supervised Dr visit and lost 10 lbs. two more months then hopefully I will be approved for surgery by my insurance

it's still a few months before my surgery, but did any one every do a liquid diet for a few days just as a trial... just want to prove to my self that I can do it.. :-)

I am probably having surgery in April too. I first started drinking caffeine free sodas then cut out soda too about two weeks ago. it wasn't that bad. not as bad as I thought it would be. I also think,that I sleep better. I was drinking lots of caffeinated soda a day...

good to know.. have my first appt with the surgeon next week to see what he says. Met with the Dr who is doing my 3 month supervised weight loss on Monday. she didn't give a specific amount to lose. just to follow a 1000 calorie diet. and she gave me some meal plans. -

So exciting!! im in the first month of my 3 month Dr supervised Weight program... hopefully in late April I will be setting my date too. good luck to you!!
