that liquid cherry at cvs is yucky.. tastes like Nyquil or cough syrup. but that's the only flavor I found.

this weekend was one of those times where I was sitting around feeling sad, thinking im going to not lose weight... my husband was out of town helping his sister move, my kids were busy with friends. but this morning I weighed. I was 247. I looked back in my journal and I was 276.6 on May 8, the day I picked up my pre op shakes from the Dr. and I was 284 when I started my monthly monitoring in Jan. now I feel better :-) I had surgery on may 30. so im almost a month out. still have pain in the port area but everything else is great! my husband tells me I am doing a great job and reminds me to think how much I will have lost by this time next year!

I was wondering this too. im 3 and a half weeks post op.. yesterday I must have done a little too much bending down, im having the burning pain too. ice seems to help.

I ate a few bites of chicken from Wendys today at lunch.. about 30 min later, I felt awful.. nothing stuck, but I felt nauseated and really feverish and weak. I stayed at work as long as I could and came home around 3:00. I felt awful, really weak, etc.. I went to sleep and woke up about an hour ago freezing with my face burning.. I checked and I have a 100.5 fever. I took some of my liquid Tylenol. the question is, I don't really have any cold symptoms, etc.. so im wondering if you can get an infection from the surgery, im 3 weeks post OP. I can call the dr in the morning, but just curious what you guys think.

yeah. incisions look great.. almost completely healed. just took temp again. the liquid Tylenol is bringing it down. 99.4

I had diarrhea one time a few hours ago, but that's it.. no stomach ache..

yeah!! he does not have the band... but just found out that my husband won the biggest loser competiton at his work.. 31.4 lbs lost in 10 weeks. very proud of him and had to share.

yes he is very supportive.. I am lucky to have him. we met in high school and have been married 22 years!

I know some of the stomach swelling was from gas. but I am two weeks out, and my stomach is still so swollen. I can tell by my pants being tight on my waist - pants that were loose before surgery and I have lost about 10 lbs since surgery. . i m sure muscles, etc are still swollen and healing in there, right? its not really painful, just uncomfortable sometimes.

I wore a tshirt and really loose pants. but after I got home I wore nightgowns for almost a week. didn't like to feel the pressure on my waist from pants.
