It's went great. I'm up & walking around. The only pain I feel is this gas in my shoulder. That hurts. But they gave me a heating pad.

The day is finally here. Leaving for the hospital right now. Super nervous but I know the best is yet to come!!!!!!!!!

I am 10 days away from surgery and I am questioning the decision I am making. I don't know if it is nerves or what is going on. Im 6 days into my PRE op diet. Haven't lost a pound. Feeling discouraged and thinking about changing my mind. How do I know if this is the right choice for me.

Let the journey begin. I am getting banded 1/31/13 and today I started these yummy protein shakes. Anyone else start today????
