Might be better to stay on liquids today and introduce solids on Friday. My Doc as well has me on liquids for 48 hrs. Day of and day after.

Sorry to hear all your pin pricks. Cannot add to the sholder pain I have never heard of that but be sure to call your Doc if the pain does not go away as Leatha says.

That is horrible but I know any type of refund is a blessing. There should be something written on that I will have to bring that up next time I go in what does my Dr. think of it. He might think I fell of somekind of wagon.

Now this is just a thought.. I would think that if the person or place that missed the port bills you for that fill that you never got should they not also credit you back that payment you made for a that fill.

I am not doing to well today.. breakfast 1 cup of cofee w/ cocoa and 2 creamers 1 beef buritto on white tortilla lunch whenever I get hungry will be chicken salad from Quizno's dinner left over chicken salad from Quizno's Forgot my Protein drink at mid afternoon I 8oz glass of ON 100% whey - 2 scoops 46grams And of course Water through out the day.

I have 1.1cc's and I usually try the visual thing depending on what I am eating. 1/2 cup to 1 cup is what I shoot for but you know how that goes. I still have good restriction for now anyway. I too am alot tighter in the mornings up till mid morning I usually concentrate on my protein or water & liquids.

Paula, Yes we can see the differance girl. You look great you are alot smaller than you realize. If you are like me it takes a picture of your self to see the differance. I'm sure clothes wise you must see the differance in sizes. Way to go girl
