Well after much pausing and walking in front of the Soy section I bought 1/2 gl of Silk - vanilla flavored. I could not believe the taste It was and is yummy.. I then poured my self a cup after I tasted it and can you believe my youngest Cristian took it away and drank it all. So there I go around the house asking my other Son and Husband to taste it. Now on to the Rice Milk I'm feeling adventures:)

Will I got my gadget from Walmart yesterday and tried it today and I love it.. Made me my protien shake and drank some of it on the way to work with out wearing it on me.. I would love a magic bullet but cannot afford it and of course I do not have alot of counter space to work with.. Thanks Lisa:)

Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I cannot seem to upload a pic. I do go to the advanced and browse then choose the pic I want and hit upload and it does nothing. I have tried to crop it but not really sure how to do that either. Help me Please

Ira I set my camera to e-mail and then took the pic. I can upload to the site but I am still working on croping issues.

I hear you on the heat. We over here in Colo have been going past 100 and I tell you I am not use to that much heat. But as of Yesterday it has cooled off alot with the rain.. Want it?? Sending it your way Lisa -- I have a soft spot for Truckers, I let always let them get in when I see them trying to get in traffic. Guess it could be it's my dream Job:)

Hi there, Well only less than a week for you to go. The days will pass in no time but in the mean time go for walks get out and about instead of staying in because thats when I find I want to snack..
