I usually get horrible Sinsus Headaches as well. I first try Eucalyptus oil (don't drink it) I rub it in the palms of my hands then inhale through my nose. Then I rub some on my temples. Usually it will subside but if not then I resort to either a sinus tablet or spray. But they usually make me sleepy and tired.

My family gets together for the Day of the Dead (Rancho Grande Cemetary) every year right outside of Dallas and we will be meeting and staying in Irving that is if we have enough money come Nov 4th to head down that way. How many Bandsters are there in that area that I can meet on a short notice.. I will of course have to confirm we are going to go for sure.

Starving your body comes to mind is what he is really saying. That is way to extreme, I have never counted my calories and my doc has never asked how much I take in daily. He sure is smoking something that is for sure.

I agree Water retention. I have found the scale is evil, just evil. I weigh once a week and usually on Sunday nights. It could also be that Aunt Flo is gettin ready to pay a visit. Don't get down on yourself -- Could be your scale is not entirely accurate. yep that it's it
