Hi everyone! My name is Crystal and I was banded 8/4/10. I lost about 31 pounds and then my emotional eating returned. I have been failing my band. I have felt shame, guilt, self-loathing etc... So, this year I have started attending OA (Overeaters Anonymous) and I am starting to eat better and track everything on my Lose It app. Thank you for this thread, now I don't feel so alone
