Thanks IP for all your helpful ideas! Can you give me an idea of what you eat on a daily basis? Like what you ate today?

So I had the lap band surgery 12/28/12 and I've lost only like 20 pounds at first I was doing everything right but the last few months I've been eating like a fatty lol. I just got my third fill 2 weeks ago I still don't feel any restrictions. I even thought about going on like a straight liquid diet for a week thought that maybe that would help my stomach shrink and maybe iI will start to feel some restrictions? Anyone have any suggestions?

The only thing I felt was pressure and you can tell when the doctor hits the port...weird feeling but definitely doesn't hurt

I was banded on 12/28/12 and I've lost about 22 pounds but lately I've been feeling hungry and not getting full as fast. I had a fill a few weeks ago of 2 cc but I'm not reallly feeling restriction anymore

I go back in a month I'm sure I will get another fill then

I was banded ob 12/28/12 and one of my incisions today started leaking yellow greenish with blood stuff.. did this happen to any of you? What is it?

I used the gas ex strips and a heating pad that helped a lot with the pain on my left side

When I went to my doctor after NY surgery and told him my stomach itches so bad! He said take off the glue...so you might want to try that since I took mine off it helped dramatically

What do you guys eat when you want something sweet but not high in calories and sugar?

I was just banded last Friday and my doctor told me I could have soft foods today I had fat free beans and cheese and some hot sauce and now I have severe hiccups and they are painful what has caused this?

I was told to leave the surgical strips alone and let them come off on there own.. good luck with everything:)
