Have my first fill tomorrow...kinda nervous. The VP for the comp I work for said today wow u have lost weight...good job. That felt awesome considering she never notices stuff like that. Kind of a defining moment.

I was in the same boat. Gained 3 lbs and was on a plateau for a week then this Friday through the weekend I lost the 3 plus one. Looks like I'm on the move again with my first fill tomorrow. Keep your head up!

Might explain my headache...IM about to start.

I was driving and working on day 3. Just called and asked for a release. It depends on u and your doctor but I would ask.

Glad I am not alone on the weight loss stopping. Was going to get discouraged. Go for my first fill on the 8th. Counting calories and hoping he says I can start working out. Down 24 lbs and it feels amazing.

I get nauseated when we say it's time to eat or if I smell food when I go to eat. Is this normal? It goes away after a few minutes but it's everyone.

Banded almost 3 weeks ago. first fill next Tuesday. Sorry won't let fill profile on cell.

Baked tortillas til golden brown then sprinkle with cinnamon. Just don't eat a bunch lol

Mine is shrinking dramatically. Kinda like my gallbladder scar all but 1 you really have to search for.

Banded the 18th too. Went to work there days later. My struggles are sleeping. I used to sleep on my belly lol kinda hurts now. Still have my surgical strips on the largest fell off. Have 5 incisions due to also having a hernia. Making my chicken enchilada soup right now. Chicken part is just broth. It's been interesting to.say the least. Husband is eating what I am and doesn't budget unless over the road in his truck. Great support he has been. Can't wait to start working out! Go for my first fill on the 8th...nervous as heck!

Chocolate splendor is my favorite. They have a sample box u can order for cheap to try them all. But follow the instructions the.strawberry with lemonade wasn't bad but I tasted to much protein. The unflavored I flavor with sugar free hello packets to get a taste I want.

Desotogirl..u out of desoto Texas? Grapevine here. Unjury with protein milk and 5 I've cubes blended in a magic bullet tastes like a shake from McDonalds. I have found chunks of Ice for texture helps

I made enchilada soup. Chicken broth, tomato sauce, McCormick enchilada mix, garlic, cheese, pureed onions simmered and then pureed it all. Omg with lowfat sour cream it's awesome.

Only protein I can handle is unjury chocolate. Keep positive and keep walking . Nothing more fantastic then going to work on burping outloud and laughing about it cause you have to lol. Have to crush all my meds though...that's hard to get through the taste. Good luck!!! Tomorrow will be even better

IM down 22 lbs but surgical strips haven't come off. Think it's ok to help them? Is it normal for it to get sore when working all say? I went back after 2 days also had hernia surgery. Just about 130 everyday it gets difficult to work. I have to keep moving around..hard when u have a desk job.

I turned my front room into a gym. I am 2 1/2 weeks post up and ready to go. I don't go for my fill and to see doc til the 8th. When can I start working out and it be safe?

Of course the only one that has fallen is the biggest and at my waist line lol. Freaks me out. Anyone else have issues with wearing a bra early on?

IM 10 days and my husband burps me silly lol. I don't think I slept much day 2 and 3. Keep moving! Hang in there.
