Banded last Friday the 28th.... Back to work today i did my one week of liquids yes!!!! now the hard part stressors from work.... I CAN DO THiS have a great day everyone

MsRhonda I believe you my hubby massaged me lightly in my shoulder and it helped soooooo much then a heating pad and Meds has done wonders!!!! Wish I had a massage chair ???„

I just had my surgery today i did the liquid diet for ten days and yes i caved a couple of times it gets much easier after the 3 day.... I lost 11 pounds just making those changes... Good luck to everyone hang in there it WILL get better!! ???„

Just had my surgery 8 hours ago.... The gas is the most painful part! I am glad i read about the heating pad thanks for the tips... I am hanging in here and yes pain meds are helping good luck to you as well!!
