Hey banded family. I was banded on December 18,2012. The best thing I've done in a long time. I tried to lose the weight,but kelp doing the same things that got me to where I am. I retired and moved to a new city. I gained over a total of 100 lbs in seven(7) years. I started not liking who I saw in the mirror. And my knees started hurting. My DR says I need a knee replacement But I'm to young. To date I have lost thirty 30lbs and counting. My prayer is to lose 100lbs. So I have some work to do.
