I wonder if feeling cold has to do with not.having enough protein. I know I am having the same problem and on the days I am able to get more protein I am fine, but when I am too low I am freezing

Seriously WTH - hey honey I know your are on a liquid diet but can you order me a pizza -UGH
-
The two week diet before. I haven't really been hungry as much as I've had cravings for ribs (because I wanted that to be my last hurrah but was good and had chicken instead) The gas is not fun, but the weight I am at is not fun, I figure that the pain is temporary so that I can live a better life

I think it is super important to do as much research as you need in order to feel comfortable with your decision. Let me know if there is anything I can help with.
-
Wishing you the best from the other side of the band - newly banded on the 10th. cold feet and nerves are normal -m its a big decision

being able to keep up with my 4 year old. not being tired all of the time the knees, the feet, the back putting to use the bins of size 22, size 20, size 18 and size 16, then giving them away - forever -
You need to remember that you are healing and need to take it easy. Slow and steady wins the race . Wiling you feeling full faries.
-
Gosh I am so sorry to hear that. I know that it is difficulty enough as it is, and this is just a temporary set back. Your body was not ready just yet. Keeping my fingers crossed for you that you are resheduled soon

January 30th Is The Day
Honestly replied to This Girl Is Losing It's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
There is no law that you are required to tell him. But if you do, make sure you are very specific and state that this is confidential. He would not want to be in violation of confidentiality -
January 16...haven't been told of pre-op diet
Honestly replied to tjmiller's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I actually had one doctor tell me to loose weight or he would cancel the surgery with no details on what to do. I dropped him. Dr Ali put me on a 2 week liquid diet. He wanted there to be suficient room while he was in there and she said that it would make the first week less difficult -
Sending you feeling full fairies. I was liquid for 2 weeks and it was not as easy as I thought it would be
-
Mixy - how did surgery go?? How are you feeling. You are two days ahead of me. (But 11 years younger)
-
I was just banded on the 10th. I was excited and nervous and everything else in between. Wish you a quck recover and learn from my mistakes. make sure you can slide off your bed. I had flannel bedsheets and cotton pjs and I had a hell of a time that night and the next day. In addition, my bed is high and I didn't have a stool. make sure you make accomodations for those first few days.
