I was banded about 4 months ago and so far went from 308 to 248..... I wanted to know what is the amount of food I should be eating with 4 cc fill.... Please advise

Hey Everybody I started my journey on jan 25 with my surgery starting weight at 308. After month 1 I was 275 so I had a good start. I now weight 268 and the weight is coming off slower now in this second month. I work out 3 to 4 times a week. I feel like maybe I'm eaten to much.... Can everyone help me with maybe foods I should stay away from as well as good foods to substitute. Or am I on track with this weight loss? Please advise Before and after . That is very hard to believe!!!!!!! 75 pounds is so amazing since September...that's 3 pounds per week so far... That's pretty great we all believe in you stay strong don't worry about pictures right now think how good you feel

So I came home but 3 hours ago took a nap and I feel good stomach area is tender but no gas pains so far

OMG we are Banders for life tomorrow is mine as well......I am getting a little nervous buts its mostly excitement for my new life

Good luck my wife just do it last week..... One thing I can say is talk to the doctor about how to get rid of the gas pain...my surgery is on the 18th of jan
