Hi Everyone This is my first post. I am not at all sure how to use this site, but I guess I will learn. I was banded exactly 8 weeks ago today!!! Had my second fill yesterday and even though I was told to be on mushies today, managed a very small steak, which I chewed until it was very mushy. I am enjoying this process, a life saver!
