Banded on Jan 21st at 12:00pm... Up walking at 4:00pm .... No pain, whatsoever, Have slept very well. I sometimes have to look at the small incisions to remind myself I had anything done. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. -

Terry, Same here...My Doc recommended it... just lay off the salt and use fresh herbs to sesson. Salt will dehydrate which we dont need...I will make beef and chicken stock....let it cool and skim as much fat off as possible. Im going to add a little cyan pepper to ad some heat to my beef. Im going to freeze it in plastic ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrape with a tooth pick in each cube for easy removel that way I can heat up alittle at a time in the microwave... -

Im right behind you. I start on the 14th. Im going to try doing soft foods the week before the liquid diet starts to see if it helps with the transition. We can do this.....
