Ima just be honest...my hubby despises me when i lose weight...i cant wait till i get all my self& self esteem back cause i will leave him! He is very verbally abusive at times...mostly when we fight and i do the same to him. Im tired of it. I will be happy by myself!

Hey! I have severe anxiety also. I know how you feel..its always worry...think...worry...think. i have read up on the complications eeekkkk bad idea for me! Lol. But what ever my mind is on is where it stays ...so just focus your attention on something you love a hobby..something your kids are into at the moment. Finding good deals on supplements is what im stuck on for the next couple of days.

Yes. Thanks to all of yall that posted. I feel much safer saying im a binge & secret eater too. Alot of my issues are from my severe anxiety...an absent mom with a prescription drug addiction and an absent father and now a somewhat un happy marriage. I am not as big as I have been but im very unhappy with my weight. I noticed recently thinking back on the last time i lost all my weight i was at 165. I was very happy and seemed to be normal for once...i really did feel like the weight was my only issue. Soon after i had 2 pregnancies back to back and im am stuck in this weight...mental depression...being unhappy. So my question is ...was i wrong in thinking the weight loss fixes everything? What should be the first thing i work on?

If im going to mexico for surgery..when i come back i think it would really benefit me to see a NUT. How do i schedule this. Are they like dr.s ? Will my regular dr refer me? Also how will i find a good dr. If i have issues with my sleeve other than an er visit. I do have insurance/ it just wouldnt cover my surgery.

Just curious how your signifigant other has responded to your surgery?? My hubby doesnt say much at all. He knows i want this but will remind me he loves me no matter what size i am. They said no preop diet for me since bmi is low. But i think a 2 day liquid diet is a good idea. I may do that. What have u got as far as your protein supplements?
