TO-Banded

Hello I don't even know what I feel about this whole situation! Sadness, anger, confusion? I am thankful there will be a group meeting though; the funny thing is that since getting the band I had been hoping cibo would offer some kind of group like I had read about for other surgeons! Who knows, maybe something positive will come from all this. Does anyone know how often or where will they be doing fills?

Hello I rented an elliptical machine vowing to exercise every day on it. However, I cannot stand to be on it for more than 3 minutes before I get pain on my quads, calves and shins that will not allow me to go on! Anyone out there have tips for getting from couch to fit with an elliptical trainer or a schedule that could help? Thanks!

Hello I was banded on October, and have had my second fill. I still feel no restriction or less apetite. However, since eating solids post-op I had found that eating fast or swallowing bread caused discomfort (pain). Now after my second fill, pain and discomfort are gone. If I forget to chew thoroughly or nab at bread, I feel nothing! Has anyone else experienced this kind of change? I am so concerned that I messed up something or the band is not properly positioned! Any experience you can share with changes in restriction feeling will be appreciated!!
