    Printable food/exercise tracker?

I know it does, but I don't want to use an online tracker, as I mentioned in my first post.
  3. So, I know many people rely on sites/apps such as MyFitnessPal, but I just never keep up with electronic versions of these things. I have my wedding in 5 months and I have to get really freaking serious about this. Does anyone have a good, printable tracker that handles both of these things? Would like to keep track of calories/protein/carbs and fitness as well. Thanks!
  4. Happy 24th Birthday missxoash!

  5. I know enough about nutrition and my body to know that I am NOT getting enough calories. I am only a little over a week banded so I am hoping it's that, but even with my shakes (1.5-2 a day) and my other small meal, I know it's not enough. BUt I'm NOT hungry at all. I am not getting in the full ounces of Water either, but I am trying. Before the band I drank like 2L of water a day so I should be back to that in no time. I go back to my personal trainer on Monday (only doing some light arms--not chancing any problems and okayed by doc) and know that even slight exertion isn't going to sit well with me taking in no more than like 600 calories. Did anyone else have this problem? Is it just because I am so newly banded and healing? Hopefully that's it and I'm just overthinking it. Thanks!

    Pain under left rib cage

I'm just over 1 week, but I have noticed that pains like this--either under ribs or up in my shoulder--are my key not to eat anymore. You've been banded longer, so I'm not sure if that's any help, but it seems to be my 'stop' signal.
  8. I'm Ashley, 23 years old from Oklahoma. I was banded on Wednesday by Dr. Ronnie Keith in Norman. Definitely didn't expect to be in quite as much pain as I was, but finally starting to feel like a normal person again. Down 18 pounds since my last weigh-in before my pre-op diet but I definitely am still feeling the bloating and such. My doctor didn't give me really strict or specific instructions for when to move to full liquids and then mushies, so I am sticking with Protein shakes, some Soups, applesauce, etc. Would love chatting with anyone--it's helpful to see (hear?) all the stories and posts here.
