Hello Everyone, In a few days I will be celebrating my one year anniversary of having the band. I've lost around 60lbs. I have about another 20 or so pounds to go to reach my goal. Its been an experience and at times not an easy one. Has anyone else experience a long stagger in weight loss? These last 20 pounds are not coming off for me.
