I was banded 12/19/12 and had my first fill today. I did not feel much of anything. I am sorry you had a bad time with your fill! I am sure your next will be better. Good luck! -

I have been making a lot of crock pot meals. I really enjoyed Santa Fe Chicken from Skinnytaste.com It is so easy. Also, made fresh broccoli in the oven. I put foil on a cookie sheet, place all the broccoli florets on top, lightly spray with cooking spray, cover with foil and place in oven at 400 for 10-15 minutes. Comes out very tender and delicious! -

Made Santa Fe Chicken from Skinnytaste.com it was delicious and so easy! Only 190 calories per serving.

Mine is looking infected also. I started on antibiotics yesterday. Not to worry it will pass. Take your meds and drink as much water as possible. -

Hi all I was banded on the 19th and have lost 9 pounds. I was at 12, but with mooshies I gained 3 back. My port incision came apart slightly, but looks good with a scab. My first fill is 1/17 & I can't wait! I am on MFP as nettedorman. Jannette -

Bosnia - wow your 1st fill... I'm jealous. I also had surgery on December 19th, but my 1st fill isn't until 1/17. Congrats!

I was banded on the 19th also. I didn't have a pre-op diet because they move my procedure date up. I have lost 12 pounds post-op. Hangi.g in there until 1st fill on 1/17.

I am doing the PF Chang's half marathon for the 2nd time on 1/20/13 & the Climb to Conquer Cancer on 2/13/13. And, I plan to continue building my stamina up at the gym.
