I agree with making sure you have on some good walking shoes. I used to get shin splints in my volleyball days and they are painful, I believe they make compression socks for athletes now to help with that problem. Do you strech before and after even if its a short walk?? Soaking in a warm bath helps me with soreness also... Good luck with your upcoming band surgery!

Everyone is right my 2nd fill was too tight.. Anytime your on liquids and you can't swallow the liguids your too tight!! -

I keep a 32oz cup of ice water that I drink throughout my work day, and I do exactly what I do for my 2yr old add flavored Mio drops to my water bottles or crystal light flavored packets. They are zero calories and zero sugar!!

I registered my band on lapband.com and they put my Surgeon's info date of surg and it asks the restaurants to allow you to order smaller portions/kid size meals! -
