How much fill do you have in your band? I have 4 and I seem to be fine. Everyone else seems to have so much more. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe eating too quick? The pieces are too big. I just want to know how much everyone else has. Thank you

I use fit pal to track my calories. If I didn't snack I would only be eating 600 calories. If I wanted to do that I could have done Bernstein. I want my life. I want the band to help me with my satisfication

Thank you. I too use my fitness pal. It says I should have 1250 calories. I switched it to 1100 caliries. This starving sucks. Good luck to you
