Well first off Congrats on your surgery and i completely understand on wanting to eat eat eat. I wished the band could take away cravings as well as it does the hunger. Its all about lifestyle changes and what u want more...The junk food and sweets or to be healthy and thin. I think in time it will get easier. We just have to figure out how to put the cravings in the back of our mind. U could always allow yourself something as long as its a very small portion and u count it in your calories. i wished i had advice of how to take thsm away but i dont. Yeah I agree. I actually get full faster and with less but im hungrybagain in a short few hours. Or when im trying to sit and do homework thats another problem. Mindless eating is ehats killing me! Never realized i just ate all day until now!!! Ugh.

Will everyone loses differently too. It all depends on how much u have to lose and of course your age gender and any pre existing conditions. You will get there. Don't worry about losing any yet! The first month is about about letting your body heal!

Im doing great. Starting to fight the head hunger games now until my first appointment. still have a little less than 2 weeks! Other than that im doing great! What about you?

I think it's pretty normal to feel that way cause u will never be able to eat that way again! My hubby ate a lot before hand but me not so much. It's much easier that way cause your stomach start to take in less before surgery so you're not as hungry afterwards I think!
