I am now at the 50 lbs down!!!! Got another fill so i am back now - 50 more to go!!!! Keeping the faith -
Donated a lot of my clothes to a local church tonight - feeling good but I still clung to some of those pieces that have seen me through thick and thin I am trying to purge the closet by only buying when I give something away but it is so hard!

I went from 5.3 to 5.8 in my last fill so a .5 fill. I ate ok after it over the weekend etc but the last 2 days have been brutal - my friend (fellow bander) thinks my stress level is also causing some of it but I just want this to be a healthy wls journey and not get sick because I am not getting my protein in. -
You and I are in the same boat - I feel like an unfill is saying I was wrong for asking for more but I can't get my protein in and I don't want to be unhealthy in my wls journey.

Hey so your words def spoke to me-- so how are you eating as you get to green zone- I have days where I can eat but others like today that I can barely keep broth down. I am at 5.8ccs of my 10ccs band and lost 50lbs since surg in Dec 12

I have PCOS and plan I go back soon to see if I have changed at all since getting my band. I do have some diff occurrences with bacterial infections now that I don't eat as much so I am ready for those to go away!! My cycles have been consistent. Banded 12/19/12 Wt @ surg 264 Current wt 224 -

So I usually choose the low carb options for my Protein drinks but this morn I didn't have that option and my asst had one of the instant breakfasts.... So my question is do you all ever get sick when you drink something super sweet- I mean I drank one swallow and got sick!! Still understanding my band! 4 1/2months and 41 lbs down -

What determines the band size- I have a 10cc band and currently at 5.3 ccs which is where I finally feel restriction. -
Is stuck different than throwing up mucus after eating something you shouldn't? Still learning

I noticed it in my waist line and back first -- I have also gone from a 42ddd to a 38ddd so get ready for some changes!! I also was a size 18/20 presurg and I bought a size 12 last weekend!!

I love the MyFitFoods protein powder and I mix it with chocolate milk or Milk and apple juice- it is a great whey protein!! -

I am still getting stuck- had my last fill on April 25. I need help in understanding......some days I can eat fine while others I can't seem to keep anything down. Any experience in this would be appreciated. -

I don't know how to do the weight loss ticker - can you do it via the app? I guess during this transition phase I just am concerned I am not getting enough to eat -- and I am going to always have a sore throat if I keep this up. I really appreciate you alls comments - this really helped I have had people just tell me that's needed to get ccs taken out but I think it is more education and me learning. The main thing is I just cough up slime (I know gross) some episodes are worse than others .... i just need to take it slow I guess.... I am so glad to hear others experience this and I am not doing it wrong.
