I meant to say i boiled beans in water and had the liquid froms the beans i boiled. Theres different liquids i can have appose to just broths. Do u understand now?lol -

i was pretty much bummed my surgeon said id still have to stay on the liquid diet till jan 11th a month on liquids before and after geez im dying! im kind of having second thoughts about having lapband surgery. maybe staying on liquids is perfect lost 20lbs in 2 weeks idk -
