Mine is on 4/4/13!! I'm really feeling nervous now!! What worries me is that my doctor did not put me on a pre-op diet?! But I am exercising and trying to eat better to prepare myself for this surgery... What does your pre-op diet consist of?

I was hoping for some feedback...I'm undecided on whether to have the lap band or gastric bypass. I hear that with the band you still feel very hungry, is this true? I was told that with the bypass you do not feel as hungry? My biggest fear is feeling hunger! Can someone please advise me?
