I have the CPAP machine and it does take time to get use to. However, I am not allowed to have surgery wihtout have used the machine for five hours for two weeks. So that is something else that you may need to consider. The reason behind it is because people were having a hard time waking up from anesthesia. I have noticed that I am well rested when i get up in the morning and I dont have the headaches that I use to have when i wake up....but I guess to each its own and what your insurance or surgeon is saying...best of luck

Here is a recipe that one of my fellow WLS friends made last nite.....it is WLS friendly....enjoy!!!! Tuna Cakes You need: - 1 can albacore tuna in olive oil - 1 egg - 1/4 c reduced fat shredded cheese - 4 crushed up popped rice cakes cheddar cheese Mix it all together & form 2 tuna cakes Spray pan w/ Pam and fry until crispy. I started on high heat and flipped them every few minutes for about 8 minutes & reduced heat a bit with every couple of flips. Ended on low heat. Super yummy, crispy & filling. Serving is 1 Tuna Cake @ 205 cal / 20 pro * makes 2 By: BandedWendy

You look amazing....even before the surgery.....you have actually given me hope!!!!!! I am probably a little shorter than you 5'7'' and my starting weigh was 255.12 i am down 16lbs and cant tell....but I can't wait for surgery so i can get healthy and be a better me....thanks for the inspiration.....go girl.....oh yeah and any secrets to your success would be awesome to know!!!!!
