    I'm one week out today... The smell of food makes me nauseous.. I don't have an appetite for ANYTHING but cold water; it has been this way for the last three days...BUT I have so much has that uncomfortable... Anyone else experiencing this or have any solutions???

    Hello... I have Anthemn BCBS California... I went to my first seminar in Nov 2012... I was banded on yesterday, 3/01.. Everything went great!!!

    I start my process in Dec. I was approved in February; honestly I don't think the process has to be that long. It only took the insurance company a couple of days to approve. I'll say it depends on your DR.

    I have sooo many mixed emotions... Happy, excited, nervous, scared... My emotions are EVERYWHERE!! I know I've made the right decision.. The mixed emotions are normal (I hope)..

    I'm having surgery on 2/28. Pre-Op diet for me as well.. 2 protein shakes & one meal a day beginning 2/15.... Wish me luck???
