Indeed.

Oh wow, yeah your face is MUCH thinner!!!
-
"you people" OMG hate that. So condescending.
-
It hurts, but I'm not sure it's as bad as labor. Does that help? LOL
-
Can I just say that I hate the live episode? The screaming audience got on my nerves big time! lol I'm happy with both winners, though. I'd have bet the farm on it being Trent and Roger. I think my biggest WOW was Jackie! She looked AMAZING! I think I related best to her because she was older and she had my kind of attitude. I was sad when she got voted out.

Nothing here, but everyone is different so that doesn't mean much.

Up top weight loss (ladies)
Angie4b1g replied to la8again's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I generally don't lose my boobs til last. I could definitely stand them to go down in size about now! LOL -
I'm going to sound like all I do is watch TV, but that's not true. I TiVO everything and skip through commercials and boring bits. (like biggest loser last night, I FFd through all the recaps, I already know all that stuff lol). ANYWAY, Survivor, Idol, Biggest Loser are my 3 reality shows. Then I watch CSI: LV and Miami, LOST, Eli Stone (loooove that one!), 24. I think that's it?

Sick of losing the same damn 3 pounds!
Angie4b1g replied to kjeter's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
That happens to me, too. I bat around the same 2 pounds, then go down. Then bat around a new 2 pounds. It's maddening!!! -
Now, see, fries and chicken I have no problems with. However, I suspect it's because of the time of the day that I'm eating this stuff. I could probably eat Wheat Thins at night. And I could probably not eat french fries in the morning.

I had no idea what you were talking about til I read the whole thread.

She was frighteningly thin, eh? But, good for her beating those guys!!! I was sooooo happy for Bernie!!!

Obviously I'm the photographer in my family, so try to overlook the image quality here. lol The first one was when my neighbor and I started WW. The middle one was taken just before starting my preop diet on Jan 31st. The last one was taken this morning. No, I'm not angry, just light eyed and it was sunny. Don't look at my angry face, just look at my 2 size smaller jeans. LOL My necklace seems to be getting longer and I may or may not be in a shirt style rut. I've still got a long way to go, but it's nice to be able to see some changes!

What is the most you've ever weighed? The least?
Angie4b1g replied to Gibson's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I was a big baby, too. 10lb 4oz. My babies were all big, as well. Although, #4 was a whopping 11lb 10oz baby and is now a total waif of a 5 year old. In fact, he didn't triple his birth weight until he was 3. -
Just FYI, my husband provides 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per session.
-
The only problem I've had is with Wheat Thins of all things. Finally, the 3rd time, I was like "why do I eat these??" I know a lot of it has to do with the time of day I was trying to eat them (morning snack or lunch), because I'm super tight then. But geez, I'm not a fast learner, am I? lol

It bugs me the way she has her right arm/hand cupped around her boob. Probably my nitpicky photographer self talking, but ever since I noticed it, it drives me a little more crazy every day. :w00t:
-
I used to always give my ex hell for being older than me (7 months). Then I remarried and my current husband is 3 years younger than I am. Dammit. lol
-
Awesome! You look fab, and WAY cuter than the boob grabbing lady!
-
Do we need to send tripod to the sex thread?
-
I think anyone can survive a week or 2 of eating stuff they don't "like". Just keep the goal in sight and white knuckle it through. It's definitely not easy, but when you get to the pre-op diet stage, you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Time to commit to your new life, you can do it!

This fight seems to have gotten out of hand :smile2: Everyone does the best they can under the circumstances that they are presented with. I'm a SAHM now (mostly, although I do photography - I can sort of set my own hours with that) because my dh works 80 hours a week to make that happen. When that wasn't possible, I worked. My neighbor home schools, and believes that is best for her and her family. That doesn't mean she thinks I'm failing my kids because they go to public school. Just like I don't think mothers who work are failing their kids because they aren't staying home with them, because that's what I do. Everyone has a different situation, and we are only in our own, not in anyone else's. And we're doing the best we can with what we have.

They lost me at the price. :smile2:
