Yes this does require tremendous self control! This is even like a full time job! But be encouraged , You have already demonstrated plenty of control. With All that you probably have to do to get sleeved requires loads of self control. With all the hoop jumping, such seeing the Nut, attending pre op classes, Surgeon consult, and the psych consult. This all says self Mental and physical tough-ness. The Courage to change in the midst. Versus Diet after diet. Which was doing the same thing expecting a different result. This sleeve surgery is a different thing. A tool. You are on the road to greater health. But self control is already happening for you. I also realize that some people don't get. But, press on toward your goal. . Keep your head up. This is a journey toward better health. Good luck!

A super easy uncomplicated sleeve surgery when ever I get it! For others to be blessed as well as me and my family to be blessed. Reach my fitness goals once I'm sleeved! And to have all my family together on Christmas!

You can do it. Yea. Call your Nut for suggestions, And I'm on my fitness pal where you can join and add friends too just a suggestion. Check it out. I posted my first thread Lol. Its called Can't wait to do. Lol It funny. Stay strong!

What to tell your boss question came up. I work in the type of industry and place where everyone will want to know and My boss's relative work with me to. Go figure! It's not a close type area. Recently telling family has be freeing. But im not looking for support at work. I don't like lying but I m a private person? Have not even told my mom.
