One guy bought pie to work in a cake box. I had a cake fetish. Sweets too. He even pointed the box to me. I said how nice but No! I'm on a diet! I've like never done that before. And I never looked at it. I use to follow cake boxes Y'all.

Congrats Rocking your sleeve! -
Yep Enjoy the Journey It can be frustrating at times but its really okay! I think you got this too. If your policy covers it that the main thing. Looks like that Pcp covered the recommendation basis. Last thing the hoop jumping/appointments in the end it's not hard at all.

Good luck

Welcome I got Approved my Bmi is 42.8. First after calling the insurance to see if your plan include it. and if they need a documented weight history. See if you meet the requirements. Find a Doctor that maybe they recommend. I ll be switching to one they recommend too because I'm concerned about experienced and good follow up care. My doctor said he never work with a WLS pt, so in switching. I simply followed the plan they recommended to me. It was the 6 month program not hard at all. They tried to. Deny me saying my company excluded WLS a last minute trick. I won within 3 hours of finding out about the denial. You can do it too! Good luck!

I got those same figures 60% to 70%. Which would put me at 170lbs. My goals get to 140lbs or less! Also taking advantage of the "honeymoon" period loosing the most I can in the first 6 months. Following my program and continuing with it. It is possible to achieve what look impossible!

I agree with you I'm praying for you! Good luck

Okay I called the insurance company BCBS il and at that time i was told that I was Denied. Bummer! They said that my company excluded WLS. After telling me for several months that they cover it. Wait. I called them several times afterwards to find out why. And i also called my Hr lady too. I asked BCBS for a copy of the policy that said my company excluded WLS. Finally after getting the run around they said I'm approved! I'm so excited! But waiting on a written letter of Approval. Thanks for the support.

My new uniform pants are almost falling down. I ordered a size 3x because the 2x where too tight. It took months to receive them. Now i got to return the un opened ones 3x ones. people have noticed. Some note even made negative comments about my baggy pants. I ve lost inches more than pounds. My first experience with size dropping and I'm not sleeved yet! What a hassle but Woooo hooooo!
