I am 8 days out and today is a great day! I look forward to each day and small Victories 1 day 1 victory at a time. Like today I was out Shopping no real fatigue. I am learning to listen to my body. Example, My sleeve dose not like tap water so I m using bottled water. Goes down better and no pain. My sleeve also does not like sweet protein drinks even premier protein this week. So back to Syntrax and my sleeve tolerated it, Victory! Each day is getting better and better. I'm learning and loving my sleeve. Nurses, nursing students and nursing assistants you are all Angels and VIP s. Congrats and Good luck.

OMG we started day 4. Things are just heating up for us. Caint wait till I'm 5 weeks out did some one say Acrobatics with my Dh. Yay LMAO

I m 8 days off first off Congrats Diva. I say yes I have been Moody. i have caught myself tearing because I couldn't go to my kids events. But I m starting feel better overall. I say make him some SweeT Tea when you feel up to it . Ballermom

I defeinitely look for small daily Victories! I focus on what I do accomplish each day. Knowing that this will get easier as I'm getting Better. Congrats yall. Pat yourselves on the back.

I am a week out each day got better. I would say prepare to have some one available to take you to your first appointment. You may not need it but have a back up plan. By day 3 I walked 4 blocks. Had 1 bout of nausea. Thank God that didn't last. Skinny Sexin by day 4 already. Yay Sipping, walking, rest. Then repeat! Finding Joy in every Day! Good luck

Congrats I had Migraine headaches since June of last year Days in bed etc. Also happy to report no migraine headache either. I was a 2cup day coffee addict. Now 6 days post op. no coffee and. No caffeine withdrawal either. Woohoo

Hi I am feeling better each day. I'm able to take more fluids in today. I've even put some sexy playful dance moves for my wonderful Dh that I couldn't do before. Yay It's a learning process but I find that Sipping, walking, more sipping adding a little extra activity each day is my key. Yesterday I rested a little more. Today is a Great Day!! Getting snow in but I love it. Oh weight loss 20lbs day 6 Some Water weight Thanks

Congrats I'm 5 days out walked 4 blocks around my home on day 3 can not wait to see what 1 or 2 weeks out will be like.

I was sleeved on 2/27. Home by 3/1 Friday. Actually walked 4 blocks day 3 Saturday. I had pain with taking fluids but each day I seem to be tolerating fluids better. Had 1 bout of nausea weaknesses. Since surgery. Thank God that didn't last. Feeling better each day. Will sip sip Walk rest. repeat. Had Protein shake took as much as I could. Yay Not having much pain either. Tolerating tea broth Popsicles Isopure. Congrats Everyone

Had my surgery Wednesday. Home today feeling better than I expected drinking fluids walking. It was a very good experience. Congrats nurse Ghana we sure did deserve it!

Congrats. I too had the same thing at first slight gas with swallowing water but then almost wondered d if they really did the surgery it was easy. Lol
