I get this everyday at work. Since they don't understand I just try to ignore them. I said I'd tell that one person that I'm still consider overweight but got too busy at work. It's hard to let it go. But, My nutritionist told me early on that people will say theses things but don't listen to it. Keep going on it your Journey beside you Doing Fabulous even in tough times. You inspire and encourage me!

10 months out 93lbs down. I get mixed things said about me especially at work. Some skinny folks have said that I lost too much work. But others have been first to notice. I don't look down on over weight people. I have compassion! I know without the Sleeve I would be heavier by now. And lots of aches and pain. More and more I'm more appreciative of this surgery. I have a ways to before I hit goal but I'm on my way.

You are not a failure! Be encourage today. Today take steps like protein first back . Add Shakes if you like them. Some people are doing the 5:2 diet, this is another possibility. Today is a good day for a Come back. You said it today your back on the bus. Great!

Good luck to all of you who have Surgery today and upcoming surgeries. Some Nervousness is normal. But praying that all of you have an easy Surgery and a speedy recovery. I'm 10 months out and it's been a wonderful experience. 93lbs down wish it was more but I'm still loosing! From a size 24 to a size 10. My blood pressure went from 170/102 to 102/60. I love my sleeve. Good luck and Congrats to all. -
My favorite pants are ponte pants. I love the fit. I actually got a pair from Walmart. Love them my size is 10. Have fun.

Yes, I think I went into a zone and cleaned and put things away before surgery like jewelry that I couldn't find right after surgery. Unless I'm just older lol. But yes, I completely understand. May you be blessed to have an easy surgery and speedy recovery. -

I haven't had my period since before Surgery. I had maybe 1 day of cramping and the likes.

I too lost cup size but with it was Band size. From a size 44D to 42C. I was considering a Plastics.

Well after Surgery things got even better for me. We have spurts of busy with work as well. Consider being the one to Plan the romantic day.
