I had a personal trainer a few years back , befor the band. I did'nt notice any big change at first. I'm a very slow loser also , even with working out. Muscle does weight alot more then fat. I was able to use the trainer for about six months befor I moved to another state. When I was saying by to all my friends at the gym is when I relized how much my body really had changed. One the them said, "look at how different you look now then when you first started the gym." You have come a long way. Now I have to start the gym and a new trainer all over again. I wish I would have started befor I gained all this weight.

You sound like you are doing well. Good for you. Make sure you do a lot of walking go get the gas out that they used in surgery.

hi Nannyjh, Yes I called Dr. Rohrscheibs office about doing fills. You have to pay 500.00 for a signup fee, then 80.00 for every fill after that.I taked to someone at his office today and she was very nice, and helpful. Oh you think you have made mistakes using this site.....the first time I tried to reply to something.....I started a thread instead of replying. It worked out fine though I was able to meet a few nice people on line.

I live in St.Joseph Il. Its nice to know there are other bandsers close by. I went to Mexico for my band. I am now looking for a fill doctor closer to home. I go tohe Mexico on the 17th of this month for my first fill.

Hi Aprl, I wish you luck with your hair. I have a friend that lost hers at first. It came back when she got on vitamins , she was low in iron. crazy cat
