All my stuff just got sent to insurance today.....COME ONNNNN! I hope this is quick! I'm soo ready!

So true...the butter face comment IS more insulting! hahaha our situations sound similar! Now I keep asking him if he's said anything to anyone else and if he's for sure he ONLY told his mom. hahaha I keep reminding him NO ONE ELSE He's assured me he won't say anything to anyone else.

I LOVE this place and all of you guys for your stories! I don't feel so alone! I just finished my psych eval today so now I just have to wait for them to send the letter to my doctor's office and then everything will get sent to the insurance...for hopefully an early March banding!!! Thanks again everyone!!

I just had my psych eval today and it went great. My doc was so so nice! Sounds like mine was similar to CHANged's visit. He asked me if I knew about the surgery and we just talked about me. I was actually very nervous for today but it was smooth sailing! Now just for the insurance approval!!

I have my psych appointment Monday, so I can relate with not knowing what to expect!

I know!!! We have been together for 6 years so I should be use to her by now!!!

Hi Everyone! This is my first time posting. I had to do the 6 months (well 7 months) of weight loss/visits with PCP for my insurance. I have my last visit on the 29th of this month. I have all my "pre-op" testing done (labs, chest xray, upper GI), just have to do my last dietary appt (2/1) and psych eval (2/4) and send it off to insurance. I am hoping to get banded beginning of March. I work as a float nurse and sometimes go to our weight management clinic so I work with our lap band patients. I am familiar with many things about the band but of course since this is happening to ME I am nervous but so excited to be on here!!
