6 months ago I attempted the couch 2 5k app. When the voice said "you are half way there" on the first day I gave up because I was exhausted. Today 30+ lbs lighter I finished week one, day one. Woo hoo!!
Had a dr appt today so got an "official" weigh in. 11 lbs this month / 33 total!! Excited but know if I want to continue to lose I need to add some exercise
