I have this fear of unknowingly stretching out my pouch or slippage. I don't over eat, have never slimed or thrown up. Should I not be worried?

My wife and I are doing this together and these two ideas ha e been great moving into the puréed foods. We buy the low fat chili from Wendy's then add some tomato basil soup and purée and save. The meal goes a couple of days. I also started making cream of wheat with vanilla protein shakes rather than milk. I'd love to hear other ideas for weeks two and three -
One week out and eating soft solids

I am one week out and started eggs and other soft foods yesterday. I feel good. Small bites, 20 min meals, small amounts. I'm worried that my band isn't tight enough because I get hunger cravings a lot. I also feel the bloated feeling after a few bites. No vomiting. Am I okay? -

Thanks!! My wife and I did this together. -
I had surgery on Wednesday, and the worst part has been the gas pain in my chest and occasionally shoulder. I went to the dr on Friday and had fluid from the band removed. That helped with the reflux feeling, but I still have chest pains. Anyone out there that can relate and provide some hope?

Miserable Gas Pain
happy&blessed replied to happy&blessed's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yes, they took saline out because I was so uncomfortable. The swelling of the new band along with the added saline made it to where I couldn't even drink small sips without hurting. My husband and I had it on the same day and have had very different experiences. Sipping on Peppermint tea as I post...thanks for all of the input!
