Work pants and the back pockets of the jeans. FYI the ripped jeans are supposed to be that way. It's the style. I paid extra for the holes, lol. Sounds silly right? Also all the pants are boot cut. If you have any more questions feel free to message me.

Sorry I have been dealing with some vertigo today. Every time I get up I get very dizzy. It's been a weird day. So sorry to make you wait here are the jeans. The work pants are going to be in the next thread.

So my nutritionist advised me to be on an eating schedule for various reasons. 1. My blood sugar won't drop by eating 6 small meals a day 2. It revs up my metabolism by having expected eating times 3. It is "suppose" to keep me from being ravenous and having spikes of hunger throughout the day Honestly I like it. It keeps headaches and tiredness at bay. It's all about the choices you make at those eating times. 8 am Breakfast Protein, fruit, maybe milk. 300 cal 10 am snack string cheese. 100 cal 12 pm lunch, protein and veggie. 300 cal 2 pm snack hummus or pre portioned organic Peanut Butter with apple slices. 120 - 200 cal (I only eat this snack if I am truly hungery otherwise I wait until 4pm snack break) 4 pm pre dinner snack- string cheese 100 cal 6 pm dinner protein and veggies. 300 cal. Total calories 1100 -1300 7pm 1 hour workout ( hot yoga, elliptical with high resistance and elevation, jogging, ect.) calories burned 350-580 9pm post workout protein (muscle milk) or on my craving days sugar free dark chocolate Eskimo Bar I am still burning more than I am taking in and burning the fat off my body. In the past 2weeks I have lost inches and the flab on my tummy is changing to fab. I can see more muscle definition and it seems to work well for me. Perhaps I am hungery because my metabolism is kicking in, something I haven't felt in years. Before I would eat just for the taste or boredom or simply just to eat. But now thanks to the band I can eat small meals be satisfied and have enough energy to power me through the work day, work outs and my classes at night. I sleep like a baby on my yoga days, before I would be awake until 3 am and I was always tired because I was in sleep debt. I feel more energized than ever. I will still talk to my nutritionist about my hunger and my doctor when I see him in March. In the mean time I keep a food journal to track my progress. Maybe hunger doesn't have to be such a bad thing after all. I just have to remember "Eat to live, Not live to Eat"

In regard to muscle milk light. 15 grams of protein, 1 gram of sugar 10 gram carb, 4 gram of fiber. Really great post workout, helps with muscle build. I do yoga 3 x a week and run or another form of cardio 3x a week. I have a half marathon superbowl Sunday, so the protein helps greatly. My meals are small usually eaten off a Childs plate. And I take 45 minutes to an hour to eat.

Wow lots of great answers here. Thanks guys, now let me answer some of your questions. 1. Protein-my goal is 60 grams a day. My protein shakes are limited to one a day and it is usually after a workout. Yesterday was busy and I opted for that choice since I was having a meeting with my boss. 2. Carbs-I agree that carbs do not fill you up anywhere near protein. However both my tacos were 10 grams of protein each. So I received 20 grams of protein in two tacos. 3.yogurt-I ate half of a container of yogurt to keep with an eating schedule. I was not Hungary but half of a yoplat light would fulfill my small snack requirement. So today same feeling of hunger, not thirst.I reach for water first before food just to see if water is the issue.it never is its food. So my plan is eggs for breakfast, string cheese for snack, chicken and veggies for lunch, hummus for snack, fish and veggies for dinner and a muscle milk after yoga. With lots of water a cup of tea in the day. I hope this will appease the hunger.

So this week has been weird. I had a fill last week Thursday at 3cc but for some reason this week my hunger has increased. On Monday my stomach was growling for breakfast, so I made 2 eggs over easy and pumpernickel toast. Tuesday was pretty normal but today Wednesday my hunger monster was growling. At 10:00 my stomach demanded to be fed but I was in a meeting so all I got down was a Muscle Milk Light, by 11:30 I was ravenous lunch was not until 12:30 so I had half of a light yogurt to tied me over. I ate my lunch of 2 tacos with chicken and pico de gallo and a child size cheese quesadilla. Had a snack at 2:30 even though I wasn't hugery (Other half of yogurt) at 4:30 I was ravenous again so I had 1/2 cup of a mix of brown rice and minced beef chili. So I am ok until 6:30 when my stomach starts growling again. This is new to me to feel such strong hunger. Has anyone else experienced this? I have consumed about 1200 calories today which is good. But to feel so much hunger is weird.

How do you feel 5 days after surgery?
J_Rob replied to Hope2013's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
To be honest the pain threshold varies from person to person. If anything you will feel tired and you won't be able to eat anything at the party. Your stomach is still healing. When I had surgery I got winded very easily. It was hard for me to walk to long. I remember taking a trip to the store with my husband was horrible. My stomach was all bloated and puffy from surgery and just walking around the store was making me sooo tired and winded, you would think I just ran 10 miles, it took me forever to walk anywhere. When I would get home I would take a nap. It would be best to take it easy and heal. There will be plenty of birthdays and I am sure your friends will understand. It's really important to heal properly to avoid potential complications.
