good for you too i have just hit the 50 lbs mark too its has not been easy a lot of ups and downs

ya we all get stressed out

i dont think ive ever been in the green zone going for fill monday i just cant handle much fill in my band it make me feel tight under my ribs so they have to take it out every time so its in and out 3 times now omg

after not so much but before is ok like 2 hours or so

Was banded on dec 3 the frist time i was to tight right out of sergery so they took out fill then about 6 weeks out my frist fill had the same thing happen day before yesterday was my fill for the 3 time got 2 ccs i havr very little fill in my band from day one this was to tight so went back yesterday had half taken out its been really hard to get my band ajusted i have a wondeful dr he says iam very sensitve but i have lost 50 lbs so its working just a hard time to get ajusted got it right now i hope but this has been a hell of a ride !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! would do it again if i had to think its right now

i have been filled to tight 3 time iam just very senstive dr will un fill very easy and fill very easy not much pain and it has been hard for me to get ajusted but weight coming off good

i was banded by dr michaelson dec 2012 down 47 ibs live in bellingham wish there was a support group up here its just to far to drive to NWWLS

well i quess its very hard to think of myself as thinner its like somedays i grab my upper stomach wont go down same as 47 lbs ago i keep doing exersice and sit ups its right about where my port is i quess i still have swallowing after 3 months you would think not but i have had fills and i think it makes me swollon there but yes i still feel fat i gained all this weight the past 15 years and its very hard to think my self thin so even after losing 47 lbs i still feel over weight and fat omg what did i look like before well on the road to a better me inside and out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! some days i just get down i wish i could post a pic but i cant get it to load right

well you have your frist stuck you will know it and i think it happens to every one so just remember you can still breathe and you dont need to call 911 or panic its very hard for me to stay CLAM AT THAT FEELING but i did i have had small stucks but not to bad i really make sure i dont eat any thing thats to big of a bite join the stuck club hahahah

i was stuck once the frist week on egg well now chew and rest chew and rest i have always been a fast eater so this is really been a lot to learn

i have only lost l lb in 15 days but i just think i need a fill only have 1.cc so far banded dec 4 but lost 45 sofar so yayaay but i eat no rice pasta bread or sweet sounds like we have the same drs i will cut back on the oatmeal too

banded dec 4 had to have my fill removed so they had to put fill in in jan now i have only 1 and half cc and lost 45 lbs iam verysesative they say and dr has not put any more in iam in the green zone and its great just dont need a lot of fill every ones differnt i was very restricted after sergery

i felt the same way at day 5 so hang it there it gets better iam 10 weeks out and doing well lost 45 lbs and holding my own it will get better

its very funny ive lost 45 lbs banded dec 4 but only lost 2 inches on bust an i thnk its from the band too but i wear my bras big due to a rib engery years ago i think its the last place to heal

COSCO HAS THE BEST PROTEIN SHAKES THERE CALLED PREMIER THEY COME IN CHOC OR VANILLA THEY ARE APROVED BY MY DR AND THE PROTEIN IS 30 GRAMS THERE THE ONLY OTHERE SHAKE EXCEPT FOR BARIATRIC ADVANTAGE THE OTHERE STUFF YOUR BYING ARE VERY LOW IN PROTEIN THIS HAS 30 GRAMS AND VERY TASTYGOOD LUCKY

frist fill today doing well only got 1 cc very small start but ok with me growling yes but have not eaten today only protien shakes for 24 hours and water and liquids

i use these gas x strips that mealt in your mouth i have had bad gas and it feel some time like its in my throat i will get my frist fill wed iam 7 week out dec 4
