Just a tip, I put frozen fruit in my shakes for some taste and vitamins. My doc said it was ok but just count the calories. Made thm palatable !!

Nothing to it, you have the hardest part beat, those stupid protein drinks The worst for me was the IV. I went in at 9am and was home at 1 pm. By 2 iwas walking in my yard and by 6 was in my garden LOL. Next day was a lil sore but never took pain meds. Good luck to you !!!
