My sister wants to get the band, but in the UK there is a long waiting list...so yeah I'd like to punch this idiot in the face for wasting time and money when there are many people waiting in the UK who want the band to get healthy, like my sister... -

To the person who mentioned Crystal Light Peach Iced Tea in a post, (I'm so sorry I can't remember who it was) I could kiss you! Thank you so much...I had tried a few of the other flavors and wasn't impressed, I read the post and thought it sounded good, I bought some and I love it! So now my water consumption is greatly increased....Just wanted to say Thank You!!

I drink a protein shake every day because I can....they taste good and they're good for me. I don't believe all my calories need to come from solid food and neither does my doctor..

The only protein shake I can drink is the ready to drink Banana Creme Muscle Milk...6 grms of carbs

I've had 1 alcoholic drink since being banded 3 months ago...a skinny patron margarita, either it was very strong or my tolerance has been lowered, cause I was quite tipsy

I agree maybe a small unfill is in order.....my surgeon told me that reflux is a sure sign of being too tight. I'm with laurigee, I want to decide what I eat, not my band...Best Wishes Donna

Being from England I grew up eating Cadburys Creme Eggs....I feel your pain...every time I see them it takes everything in me to resist...at Halloween in the UK you can get Cadburys Scream Eggs which are basically the same only the middle is green and my sister sends me some every year...so this year I'm going to have to tell her no thank you! -
I'm not real breakfast food fan, so most days I eat chicken breast. Sometimes I will have a shake, low sugar oatmeal or greek yogurt
